SumoSalad PR Campaign

Dear Word Stormers,

During our one year association with WordStorm, they made great progress in the development of the SumoSalad Public Relations. Our Franchisees, Store Managers and Head Office Staff have all seen the invaluable impact that public relations has brought to the company.

During our association, SumoSalad expanded from four to twelve stores across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We have enjoyed public relations support at local, state and national press level. Extensive coverage has been achieved across all relevant major newspapers, driving interest in our store openings, education of our products, and brand awareness. Penetration into glossy magazines, Qantas Business radio interviews, ABC television news features, and industry speeches, boosted the SumoSalad profile to talking point level amongst the community.

The work completed by WordStorm to date has exceeded our expectations, and represented great value as a marketing activity. In the future more internal recourses will be allocated to the strategy and planning of our other marketing activities, in order to best utilize the press exposure generated through our public campaigns with WordStorm.
