SumoSalad is a young and vibrant, Australian-owned franchise that revolutionised fast food trends in Australia and internationally with their unique concept salad stores. Established in 2002 by young guns, James Miller and Luke Baylis, the entrepreneurial pair was sick of fatty fast food outlets so they came up with a healthy alternative that is sumo in size and name.
