After working as a successful hairdresser in London and Sydney, Just Cuts founder and Managing Director, Denis McFadden, opened the first Just Cuts salon in the late 1980’s.  The ‘No appointment, fixed price’ concept was received with an unprecedented response, evident in the 157 franchised Just Cuts salons currently in operation today throughout Australia and New Zealand.  A steady growth has led to the projection to increase this number to 230 by 2010.
