It has been over four Months since Wordstorm joined forces with Lalisse and I wanted to give you some feedback on the tremendous job you and your team have done.
I have always had a lot of faith in the PR system, it is only logical that consumers would believe an independent article over a feature ad. However I have been sceptical about how successful PR agencies can be in gaining strong and credible brand exposure for niche products like Lalisse.
In the FMCG arena I have always felt PR works, as the goods are readily available. However for specialty products, particularly in the pharmacy arena it can be more difficult to direct consumers to the appropriate retail channels. Dionne and Nina took this concern seriously and your team have shown me that regardless of how specialised or limited your product availability is, there is a potential in the PR arena for successful exposure.
Wordstorm have put together a tremendous campaign for Lalisse and uncovered distribution channels that I had not even began to think of.
There has been well varied exposure in print media from Youth, Health & Lifestyle, Television, Major Glossy right through to the In Flight press. Touching such a wide array of audiences has allowed Lalisse such great exposure to a new range of consumers.
The opportunities Wordstorm have offered Lalisse to sample our products to the consumer market have also proven to be invaluable. From competitions in consumer magazines, online sales opportunities, trade show give aways right through to personalised client sampling in one of Australia’s premium hair dressing salons has allowed us to get products in consumer hands and to see them turn into return sales.
I am positive Wordstorm’s unique approach to product distribution, professional construction of demographic specific press releases and the teams result focused attitude for client success is the key to your true competitive advantage.
I no longer believe that it is the products or the distribution channels that reduce the opportunity for success from PR; it is simply a matter of finding a PR company that has belief in the success of your products. I am sure glad I found Wordstorm!
